On one side, the property looks out into the waters of the Andaman sea and the Indian ocean beyond. And on the other side, it borders Phuket’s last remaining untouched forest, the Sirinat National Park. The exclusive neighborhood is found on the northwest coast, co-existing with fishtail palms, and century-old ficus trees.

Seen from the sea, the villa proudly stands as a marvelous palatial dwelling. Each area of the house is constructed as a pavilion interconnected by paved terraces. Iconic spires rise from its roofs, one for each pavilion in a stylish symmetrical layout.

The villa holds two separate swimming pools, one being on the upper level, built alongside a central sala pavilion. The larger, mid-level features an infinity edge facing the ocean. Right in front of the house, is a tree-covered sand patch and rock beach. While the exterior is a statement of Thai heritage, the interior is inspired by classy Parisian art deco. A notable feature of the villa is its lower level, designed with impressive detail to imitate the interior of a 1930’s luxury yacht. This boathouse comes with an ocean view suite with its own living room, a study, and a bathroom, and a separate bedroom suite with a dedicated bathroom. This level can also be accessed directly from the car park giving occupants the option to use it as a separate unit from the main house.
