This luxurious 4 bedroom Koh Samui villa sits right on the shores of Plai Laem beach in the North East corner of Koh Samui, in South East Thailand. The villa was completed at the end of 2014, and since then has been operating as a successful holiday rental property. The new owner is welcome to continue renting or use as their own private residence.

The Estate

Sunset Cove is a private gated community of around 20 individually owned villas, all enjoying exceptional views, 24 hour security, and a lovely central communal garden.

Villa Main Living Area

The main living area of the villa is a spacious open plan area with the kitchen, living room, and dining room all in one. This beautifully appointed area opens up onto a large entertaining terrace, 17m long swimming pool, which in turn drops down to a small tropical garden, small beach and the sea.

The Bedrooms

As the villa is built on a slight slope, each of the suites has been built with a direct ocean view and is completely private from the other bedrooms. This works particularly well when multiple families are enjoying the property together.

The Entrance

The rear there is a car port, which gives access to the main entrance, and there is a separate entrance to the staff quarters, which is kept separate from the main property.
